
What’s Next?
Once the preferred option for the masterplan has been agreed, funding will be sought and partnerships established with developers. It is anticipated that funding will come from a combination of private sector finance, Stoke-on-Trent City Council, the NSRP, Advantage West Midlands (AWM), the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), plus European funding.
A new organisation is being set up to deliver the regeneration work identified in the masterplan. The new organisation will have strong community representation and will potentially operate as a development trust.
