Stoke Town regeneration is about transforming the town into a place where people want to live, work, shop and spend their leisure time.
The Stoke Town Regeneration Team has been established as part of the North Staffordshire Regeneration Partnership (NSRP). The team, led by Regeneration Manager, Kevin Bell, will work in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s Neighbourhood Management Team and Staffordshire Housing Association, to deliver a comprehensive regeneration programme that will be part funded by RENEW North Staffordshire.
The initial focus of the regeneration work will be on delivering a leading-edge design, mixed use solution for the fantastic opportunity represented by the Spode Works site in the heart of the town.
