Have your say about the preferred development option for Middleport
The Area Regeneration Framework for North Stoke was completed in May 2008. Since then RENEW North Staffordshire has worked in partnership with consultants BDP, JMP, King Sturge and FSquared, to prepare a detailed masterplan for Middleport and Burslem and to recommend how the plans will be put into action.
A ‘masterplan’ guides the development and evolution of an area. It is a vision for the future that is supported by documented policies, guidelines, and priorities.
After a six week period of local community consultation on the masterplan, a ‘preferred option’ has been identified to help deliver a sustainable future for Middleport and Burslem.
