What’s Next?
RENEW North Staffordshire, Aspire Housing and Newcastle Borough Council are committed to progressing key development sites in Knutton and Cross Heath.
The first priority is to bring forward the continued development of the Collins and Aikman site on Lower Milehouse. The first phase at Mill Rise is now complete. As it progresses, this site will offer a range of housing that will complement and enhance the area.
The programme in Knutton and Cross Heath is expected to last for up to 15 years. Throughout this time residents will be consulted and kept fully informed, so they can help influence plans for the development.
