Collins and Aikman site phase 1, Mill Rise
Kier Homes will be submitting a planning application to develop the remainder of the former Collins and Aikman site. This has proposed that around 210 new homes are built. These will be made up of both family houses and retirement bungalows, focused around a central public space. Kier Homes will deliver this housing development, which has received Kickstart support.
