What’s Next?
Working with its partner housing association in Fegg Hayes, Staffordshire Housing Association, RENEW North Staffordshire is continuing its programme of buying and clearing properties in the Oxford Road and East Terrace areas. We will be consulting with the local community in the future on a programme to build a range of new homes to suit the needs of the local community.
Staffordshire Housing Association is investing in its properties, bringing all their homes up to the government’s Decent Homes Standard.
Work is underway on the development of five new homes on the site of the former Elephant and Castle pub.
RENEW is funding a new boundary wall programme in the Victorian village, to enhance the local environment. Work has started on Phase 2 of the programme.
