Together with its development partner, the Compendium Group, RENEW North Staffordshire is rebuilding the former National Board estate at Coalville. System-built houses that were difficult to mortgage are being replaced with a wide choice of new homes.
RENEW has worked with partners and the local community to prepare a detailed masterplan for the area that will create a vibrant community where people want to live, work and spend their leisure time.
