Residents respond to Lyme Road scheme

Regeneration work continues to take shape on Lyme Road, Meir, with completion of the scheme scheduled for October.

As a project team, Great Places and Seddon continue to respond to any concerns raised by local residents and on May 6th an open event was held at The Square to talk to residents about Saturday working and the reinstatement of the site boundaries including, in places, ‘green walls’. 

More than a hundred invitations were hand delivered and a large number of residents attended to speak to the project team.

In July, Great Places hopes to open a completed bungalow and invite local people to look at the quality of the new homes and the innovative technology included in the design.
