Reassurance for Galleys Bank Residents

Residents in the Galleys Bank area have been reassured that repair work will be carried out on a local property  to test whether it can be made ‘mortgageable’.

The house at 34 Victoria Avenue is to undergo extensive testing and is another step closer to being brought back into use after consultants Michael Dyson Associates agreed a recommended repair option for the house. The results could have a signifant impact on many properties on the estate.

The Galleys Bank project is being jointly funded by RENEW North Staffordshire and Newcastle Borough Council.
