Children get new playing area
Weston Heights residents’ association is currently talking with its contractors, health and safety officers and insurers to try and keep the children’s play area on West Street open as long as possible.

A fun free event for all the family.
A fun day for all the family is planned for The Square, Meir on Friday August 27th. Residents are invited to join in a variety of games and activities including karate sessons, football, bouncy castle, arts and crafts and much more. Refreshments will be provided.

Green-fingered graduate helps residents grow their own
Keele geography graduate Alison Beech is now nearing the end of a seven-week stint with RENEW helping residents in Middleport to grow their own food and in the process become healthier and appreciate their environment more.
