Next steps for Northwood

Northwood residents are being invited to find out more about plans for their community at the next Northwood Community Steering Group.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday 23rd February 2010 at 6.30pm at the Hope Centre, Upper Huntbach/Garth Street, Hanley and top of the agenda will be discussions on the way forward for the new Northwood Neighbourhood Plan.
After twelve months of research, analysis and consultation, the Neighbourhood Plan is now complete following input from residents, local businesses, the City Council, Renew, Moorlands/Harvest Housing and many others.
Once approved by the City Council, the Plan will guide all new development and planning approvals in the area.
In addition, at the meeting there will be advice and information on home improvements, the Warm Zone programme and the Landlord Accreditation Scheme
